- 2 cups Apples, Diced
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Celery (Diced)
- 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
- 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples with sugar and lemon juice, tossing well to coat.
- Add the diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecans to the bowl and mix together.
- In a separate large bowl, whip the whipping cream until peaks form, then gently fold in the mayonnaise.
- Carefully fold the apple mixture into the whipped cream until evenly coated, then season with salt to taste.
- Chill the salad for 1 hour or overnight before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can add walnuts or sunflower seeds.
This salad can be made a day ahead for convenience.
