- 50–60 g cacao mass
- 50 g cacao butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
- pinch of himalayan salt
- 2–3 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the coconut layer in a double boiler.
- Melt and mix these ingredients until you achieve a thick coconut paste.
- Pour the mixture into a glass or ceramic tray and refrigerate until it starts to solidify.
- Now you can proceed to make the chocolate layer.
