- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups jasmine rice cooked

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over high heat. Sear the marinated steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked to your preferred doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Fluff the rice with olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Prepare the yogurt drizzle in a small bowl and mix all ingredients well before setting aside.
- Assemble the bowls with rice as the base, add sliced steak on top, and finish with your favorite toppings. Drizzle with lime juice and the creamy sauce.
Notes
Marinating the steak longer enhances the flavor, but even 30 minutes will give a good taste.
Feel free to customize toppings based on preference or what you have at home, such as cheese or different herbs.
