Description

This Spicy Pickle Margarita combines the bold flavors of high-quality tequila and dill pickle juice with jalapeño and lime for an irresistible sip. Perfect for gatherings or a refreshing treat at home, its unique taste makes it a favorite among cocktail lovers.


Ingredients

  • 3 oz. high-quality tequila
  • 3 oz. orange liquor
  • 3 oz. dill pickle juice
  • ½ medium jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Lawry's seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Lime wedges
  • optional- sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, orange liqueur, dill pickle juice, jalapeños, and lime juice.
  2. Add ice to the shaker, cover it, and shake until well mixed.
  3. Prepare the glass rim by combining Lawry's seasoning and cayenne pepper on a plate. Rub a lime wedge around the glass rim and dip it into the seasoning.
  4. Fill the cocktail glasses with ice, then pour in the spicy margarita mixture.
  5. Garnish with pickle slices, jalapeño slices, and lime wedges. Optionally top with sparkling water for fizz.

Notes

Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño according to your taste.
Chill the ingredients beforehand for a more refreshing drink.
The sparkling water can be added for a lighter drink, making it perfect for summer parties.
