Description

This Snicker Apple Salad is an irresistible dish showcasing the perfect blend of creamy, crunchy, and sweet flavors. Simple to prepare and featuring fresh Granny Smith apples and delicious Snickers, it’s ideal for gatherings or a quick and delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
  • 2 granny smith apples, chopped
  • 1 (9.7 oz) snickers mini-sizes candy bars, halved

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and brown sugar until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully blended.
  3. Core and chop the Granny Smith apples, then gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Unwrap the Snickers bars, cut each in half, and incorporate them into the bowl.
  5. Mix until all ingredients are combined and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding crushed nuts to the salad.
This salad can be made a few hours in advance, just wait to fold in the apples and Snickers until serving time to keep it fresh.
Feel free to substitute Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream for a richer flavor.
