Description

This Sheet-Pan Sausage, Cabbage & Potatoes is an easy weeknight dinner, combining flavorful kielbasa, tender potatoes, and fresh veggies. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch coins
  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 head small green cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil and arrange the sausage coins, potatoes, bell peppers, and cabbage on the sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Gently toss to combine.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender and everything is golden brown. Serve immediately.
