Ingredients
Scale
- 6 tablespoons butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 2 cups crushed kettle cooked potato chips
- 2 ounces dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13 inch pan with nonstick baking spray.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat, allowing it to bubble until brown bits form on the bottom. Reduce the heat to low.
- Add 1 bag of marshmallows and ¼ of the second bag to the pot. Stir until fully melted and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the rice krispies into the melted mixture using a large spatula. When halfway mixed, fold in the potato chips until evenly distributed.
- Add the remaining marshmallows and stir until they are well distributed throughout the mixture. Press the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with wax or parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each. Drizzle melted chocolate over the treats once they are pressed into the pan.
- Allow the chocolate to set before cutting the treats into squares. Enjoy your delicious creation!
