These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups feature the delightful combination of strawberries and blueberries mixed with whipped cream. Perfect for gatherings, they are not only simple to prepare but also a refreshing treat that everyone’s sure to love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar, then whip on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Taste and add more sugar if needed before setting aside.
  2. In a cup, layer about ⅓ cup of chopped strawberries, followed by ½ cup of whipped cream and ½ cup of blueberries. Repeat these layers in the remaining cups until filled.
  3. Top each cup with an additional dollop of whipped cream and a whole strawberry if desired.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness of the whipped cream by adding more icing sugar as per your taste.
These cups can be made a few hours ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until serving.
