Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large figs, cut in half
  • 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the figs, then trim the stems and cut them in half.
  2. On a clean surface, place fig halves cut side up. Spoon about 1/2 tablespoon of gorgonzola cheese onto each fig.
  3. Wrap each fig with a slice of prosciutto, ensuring that the cheese is covered.

Experiment with different cheeses or substitutes if desired.
These are great for parties or as a healthy snack.
