- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ cup pistachios
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions
- Place all ingredients except olive oil into a food processor and pulse to mix.
- While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil through the top.

- For storage, keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 5 months.
