- 4 ounces diced pimento (drained)

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or dash table salt)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with more cayenne, salt, or black pepper if needed.
