Description

These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites offer a deliciously creamy texture with the perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. Simple to prepare and a joy to eat, they make a fantastic treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and flaky salt on top.
  3. Freeze the mixture for at least 3 hours.
  4. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and slice into bite-sized pieces.
