- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices

Instructions
- Pour 1½ tablespoons of olive oil into a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and swirl to coat the sides.
- Stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle and place it into the oiled skillet.
- Preheat the oven to 475℉.
- Allow the dough to rest in a warm area for 30 minutes, near the preheating oven.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ¼-inch border around the edges. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is crisp.
