Description

These Paleo Brownies are a delightful treat boasting irresistible chocolate flavor and a simple preparation. Made with coconut oil, almond flour, and dairy-free chocolate chips, they are perfect for anyone seeking a quick, healthy dessert that’s both satisfying and delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup almond flour, sifted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth; then set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and coconut sugar for at least 45 seconds to create a crackly top.
  4. Gently fold in the sifted almond flour and salt by hand to avoid over-mixing.
  5. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and stir by hand until just combined.
  6. Prepare an 8×8 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or grease it with nonstick spray; pour the batter into the pan.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.

Notes

For a richer flavor, allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.
Store leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
These brownies freeze well; wrap them individually for easy desserts later.
