- 1 graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, 1 can drained, juice reserved
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt, 2 containers
- 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of the reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- After microwaving, place the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Once thick, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip until smooth. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours to set. For a frozen treat, freeze for approximately 2 hours.
Notes
For added flavor, use fresh mandarin oranges if available.
