- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the oats and chocolate chips.
- In a saucepan over low heat, mix the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix into the oats and chocolate chips until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9 parchment-lined pan and spread it evenly.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator until the bars are firm, then cut into squares.
Notes
Make sure to use parchment paper for easy removal of the bars from the pan.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
You can customize the bars by adding nuts or dried fruits.
