- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
- 1 pound almond bark
- 1/3 cup green candy melts optional
Instructions
- Pulse the Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed.
- Blend the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and well combined using a hand mixer.
- Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion out the mixture, rolling it into evenly sized balls and placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles for at least 30 minutes or until they become firm.
- Melt the almond bark according to the package instructions until it is smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted almond bark, shaking off any excess coating before returning them to the lined baking sheet.
- If desired, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
- Let the coating fully set before serving or storing.

Using a food processor ensures the Oreo crumbs are fine and mix well with the cream cheese.
