Description

Mint Oreo Truffles are a delicious treat that combines crushed mint Oreos, creamy cream cheese, and smooth almond bark. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
  • 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound almond bark
  • 1/3 cup green candy melts optional

Instructions

  1. Pulse the Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. Blend the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and well combined using a hand mixer.
  3. Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion out the mixture, rolling it into evenly sized balls and placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles for at least 30 minutes or until they become firm.
  5. Melt the almond bark according to the package instructions until it is smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted almond bark, shaking off any excess coating before returning them to the lined baking sheet.
  7. If desired, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
  8. Let the coating fully set before serving or storing.

Notes

Using a food processor ensures the Oreo crumbs are fine and mix well with the cream cheese.
Chilling the truffles helps them firm up for easier handling and dipping.
