Description

These Marry Me Chicken Sliders are packed with irresistible flavor, blending creamy chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and melty cheese. Great for a quick dinner or a delightful gathering, these sliders shine with their tasty and comforting qualities, making them a must-try for any home cook!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in hot water, drained, & chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 package king’s hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 7×11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, grated parmesan cheese, and shredded rotisserie chicken. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Carefully slice the king’s hawaiian sweet rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture over the bottom rolls, then add fresh baby spinach and top with shredded monterey jack cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the sweet rolls over the cheese layer. Brush the melted unsalted butter mixed with minced garlic over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken mixture sit for a few minutes before assembling the sliders.
Feel free to substitute with your favorite cheese, such as cheddar or gouda.
These sliders pair perfectly with a side salad or a bowl of soup for a complete meal.
