Description

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the olive oil and then dip them into the cheese mixture to evenly cover.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle any remaining cheese mixture over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for an hour before baking.
