Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry, etc.)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk and frozen fruit.
  2. Add the frozen banana and kale to the blender.
  3. Sprinkle in the protein powder, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more almond milk if needed.

Notes

You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
