Description

Enjoy the rich and smooth taste of Irish Coffee with Whipped Cream, featuring whiskey, maple syrup, and freshly brewed coffee. This easy-to-make drink is perfect for warming up on a chilly evening or impressing guests at a gathering with its deliciously creamy top.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces irish whiskey
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste
  • 6 ounces hot freshly brewed coffee
  • whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  • Pour the whiskey and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup into a heat-safe mug.
  • Add a splash of the coffee and stir with a spoon until the maple syrup dissolves into the coffee.
  • Pour in the remaining coffee. Taste and add more maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
  • Top with whipped cream, pouring slowly over a spoon if necessary to gently float it on top. Serve warm.

Notes

Use your favorite coffee roast for the best flavor.
For a chocolatey twist, add a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top of the whipped cream.
A thicker whipped cream will enhance the drink’s creaminess.
