- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Start by pouring honey into a 14-ounce glass.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water and stir until the honey dissolves.
- Pour in the juice from one lime.
- Fill the glass with ice and add about 6 ounces of tonic water.
- Add 2 or 3 slices of jalapeno, and give it a stir.
- Sprinkle a dash of sea salt flakes and garnish with a lime slice.
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeno according to your spice preference.
Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
