- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil, ensuring space around the chicken breasts to prevent burning.
- Melt the butter in a small sauté pan over medium heat, adding the minced garlic. Cook gently for 30 to 60 seconds, then stir in honey, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season the chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper on both sides. Carefully place them in the hot baking pan.
- Pour the hot honey Dijon glaze over the chicken evenly, then return the pan to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and baste the chicken with the collected glaze. Return to the oven and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
