Description

Treat yourself to Homemade Shamrock Shakes that blend rich vanilla ice cream with refreshing mint. Perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day or relishing a sweet treat anytime!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 c. vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mint extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 9 drops green food coloring
  • whipped cream, cherries, and fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the ice cream, milk, extracts, and food coloring in the base of a blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into 2 tall glasses and top with whipped cream, cherries, and mint.

Notes

For a thicker shake, use less milk.
Add extra mint extract for a stronger mint flavor.
