- 3 lbs frozen meatballs
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks drained with juice reserved
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 ½ cups bbq sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons green onions for topping
Instructions
- Place the frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, and chopped red bell pepper into the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger powder. Mix well, then pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the meatballs are fully heated and have an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Stir everything gently to coat the meatballs in the sauce, and top with sliced green onions before serving.

You can substitute honey or maple syrup for brown sugar for a healthier option.
