Description

This Green Goddess Yogurt Dip is a delightful blend of feta cheese, greek yogurt, fresh herbs, and avocado. Perfect for snacking or entertaining, it’s both creamy and packed with flavor. Quick to prepare and great for a healthy option at your next gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 ounces of feta cheese
  • ½ cup of greek yogurt, or yogurt of choice
  • 1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of fresh dill, packed
  • ¼ cup of mint, packed
  • ½ cup of green onions, lightly chopped
  • ⅓ cup of fresh basil, packed
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼½ cup of water to thin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combineF feta cheese, greek yogurt, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, dill, mint, green onions, basil, and dijon mustard. Hold off on adding salt and pepper at this stage.
  • Blend the mixture on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy, adding ¼ cup of water initially and more if needed.
  • While blending, gradually drizzle in the olive oil and continue blending for another 30 seconds.
  • Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days, noting that the avocado may cause some color change.

Notes

You can adjust the consistency of the dip by adding more water if necessary.
For added flavor, serve with a variety of fresh vegetables or crackers.
