Description

This Green Goddess Dressing boasts a vibrant blend of fresh herbs and creamy goodness. Perfect for salads or as a dip, it’s an easy and flavorful way to elevate your meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Serve right away or chill for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

This dressing keeps well in the fridge for a few days in an airtight container.
