Description

This Frozen Berry Margarita boasts vibrant flavors with a delightful blend of frozen mixed berries and tequila. Quick and easy, it’s ideal for summer gatherings or a refreshing treat anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it in sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter. If it’s too thick, add a splash of club soda.
  4. Pour the mixture into your rimmed glass. Add a splash of club soda if desired.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint leaves.

Notes

You can substitute honey for maple syrup if needed.
Adjust the sweetness to your taste by adding more sugar as you blend.
Add more club soda for a lighter consistency.
