- 3 ounce box Strawberry Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup vodka
- 12 gummy eyeball candies
Instructions
- In a large bowl with a pour spout, mix the strawberry gelatin with boiling water, whisking until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water and vodka to the mixture, whisk together.
- Arrange 12 (2 ounce sized) jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to avoid spills. Carefully pour the jello mixture into each cup, leaving â…› inch space at the top.
- Refrigerate the tray for 1 to 1.5 hours, until the jello is partially set. Place one gummy eyeball on top of each cup.
- Return the tray to the refrigerator for an additional 1.5 hours to overnight until fully set. Once set, cover the cups with lids and store until serving.
Notes
Make sure the gelatin is completely dissolved for the best texture.
You can use other types of jello for different flavors and colors.
