- ½ – 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1–2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 small tomatoes deseeded and diced

- Cut open the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado gently with a fork or potato masher, keeping it a little chunky.
- Mix in cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon lime juice.
- Adjust the guacamole's texture by mashing or stirring in the spices as desired.
- Add chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes, stirring until evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
- Let the guacamole sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- If preparing ahead of time, store in the fridge, placing a pit in the middle and covering tightly with plastic wrap to prevent browning.
