Instructions

  • Gather the ingredients, ensuring the vanilla ice cream is well-frozen but softened slightly if needed, along with the strawberry syrup, heavy cream, milk, optional rose water, and drained maraschino cherries.
  • Combine the vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, heavy cream, milk, and optional rose water in a blender. Blend until smooth with a milkshake-like consistency.
  • Blend on medium-high speed until creamy with no ice chunks; add milk a tablespoon at a time if it's too thick, ensuring it doesn't become too runny.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall serving glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired, then garnish with the maraschino cherries and sparkling glitter or sprinkles for a magical touch.
