Description

This Easy Boursin Bruschetta Dip combines creamy Boursin cheese with fresh tomatoes and basil for a delicious appetizer. Perfect for entertaining or a cozy night in, this dish is easy to make and will please any crowd!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages Boursin (5.3 oz each)
  • 11/2 cups chopped de-seeded tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Balsamic reduction
  • Crackers or crostini for serving

Instructions

  1. Let the Boursin packages sit out for 15-20 minutes to soften.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread the softened Boursin in an even layer in an 8-9 inch shallow serving dish or pie pan.
  4. Spoon the bruschetta mixture over the Boursin, leaving the juices behind.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and garnish with fresh basil. Serve with crackers or crostini.

Notes

For best flavor, use vine-ripened or roma tomatoes.
Boursin is best at room temperature for spreading. Let it soften properly before serving.
