- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon juice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and water until the mixture thickens.
- In a separate bowl, blend together the crisp topping ingredients: flour, brown sugar, quick oats, and cold butter. Use a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture is crumbly, then sprinkle it over the berry mixture.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
