- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)

- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced, optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic (if using).
- Add the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions to the bowl. Toss everything together until well coated in the dressing.
