Description

This Dole Whip offers a delightful blend of frozen pineapple and creamy vanilla ice cream, making it a refreshing treat for any occasion. Perfect for quick dessert cravings, this recipe is easy to prepare and mouthwatering to enjoy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. For a swirling effect, transfer the blended mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1M or star tip; pipe into a glass.
  3. To create a Dole Whip Float, add the blended mix to a tall glass, pour in an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice, and garnish with a cherry.
  4. For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum and an extra 2 ounces of pineapple juice, serving with a cherry on top.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute vanilla ice cream with coconut or almond milk ice cream.
Adjust the amount of pineapple juice for your desired consistency: less juice for thicker whips, more juice for a smoothie-like texture.
This recipe can be easily doubled for larger servings.
