Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken on both sides with ranch seasoning. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or low for 3.5-4 hours, depending on the thickness of the chicken and your slow cooker.
  4. Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it with forks and mix it into the BBQ sauce. Serve warm.

Notes

You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a richer flavor.
Experiment with different BBQ sauce brands to find your favorite taste.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
