Instructions
- Blend 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.

- For the banana flavor, use 3 cups of frozen banana slices, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract; blend until creamy, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
