Description

This Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink is a delightful blend of cranberry-strawberry juice and coconut milk, featuring fresh strawberry slices. It’s simple to make and incredibly refreshing, perfect for sipping on a warm day or serving at gatherings with friends.


Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 6 ounces Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • ⅓ cup Fresh Strawberry Slices (about 2 strawberries)
  • 23 teaspoons Simple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Clear Vanilla
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries in the bottom of a glass that’s at least 24 ounces.
  2. Using a muddler, gently press the juices out of the strawberries without fully destroying them.
  3. Pour the coconut milk over the top of the strawberries.
  4. Add the vanilla to the cup, followed by the simple syrup, if using.
  5. Add the juice to the cup and gently stir.
  6. Add ice to the cup (how much you add is up to your preferences) and gently stir again.
  7. Top with an extra strawberry slice or two and enjoy!

Notes

For added sweetness, adjust the simple syrup to your taste.
This drink is best served cold, so use plenty of ice!
