Description

This Classic Coleslaw | Creamy Crunchy BBQ Side Salad is both simple and flavorful. With its crisp texture and creamy dressing, it’s a perfect side for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups shredded green cabbage
  • ¾ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¾ cup shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, and green onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Notes
