- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup zucchini, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Stir in the milk, then fold in the chocolate chips and shredded zucchini until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter evenly between the muffin liners. Optional: sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Notes
Feel free to add nuts for extra texture.
