- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 pound spaghetti

- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and salt. Cook for one minute less than the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the pot used for spaghetti, mix together 2 cups of cheese, cream cheese, mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, and garlic powder until blended. Stir in the chicken and spaghetti.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Top with the remaining cup of cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
