These cheeseburger sliders are a hit at any gathering! With savory ground beef, melted cheddar, and soft Hawaiian rolls, they’re easy to prepare and full of flavor. Perfect for a quick meal or as an appetizer at parties.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 hawaiian rolls
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up while cooking. Drain excess grease and return meat to pan.
- Mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion. Cook until onion is soft.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and lay the bottom layer in a baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture over the rolls evenly.
- Layer cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef.
- Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of the top rolls.
- Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and tops toast.
- Combine melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush over top of the warm rolls.
Notes
These sliders can be prepared in advance. Just assemble them and bake before serving.
Feel free to customize toppings or sauces to suit your taste.
For added flavor, try adding pickles or jalapeños before baking.
