Description
These Caramel Rice Krispie Treats are a delightful combination of flavors and textures. Made with buttery caramel and fluffy marshmallows, they are quick to prepare, making them the ideal sweet treat for gatherings or a comforting snack at home.

- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap the caramels and set 10 aside.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups mini marshmallows until almost combined.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies, then fold in the remaining 2 cups mini marshmallows until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the remaining 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle melted caramel all over the top.
- Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
Notes
For extra flavor, use flavored marshmallows if available.
You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the mixture for added texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
