Description

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 tbsp blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sugars, flour, and cinnamon. Mix in the melted butter and stir with a fork. Place the mixture in the fridge to set while preparing the cookie dough.

Notes

Make sure the butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor.
