Description

These BBQ Ribs offer an irresistible flavor with simple preparation, featuring baby back ribs seasoned with smoked paprika and spices, ideal for cookouts and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs baby back ribs or st. louis ribs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon korean chili flakes or ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. Combine all rub ingredients in a bowl.
  2. If brown sugar is clumpy, rub it between your fingers to break apart.
  3. Set the mixture aside for at least 30 minutes before applying to ribs.

Notes

For extra tenderness, marinate the ribs overnight.
Adjust spice levels by modifying the amount of chili flakes or cayenne for heat preference.
For enhanced flavor, use a wood chip smoker with your oven when cooking.
