Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha, ensuring even coating.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil, and when hot, add chicken bites in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes, flip, and then continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from heat and toss with the bang bang sauce. Serve with rice or over shredded cabbage.
