- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1½ cups refried beans
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 4 tostada shells
- 8 ounces shredded lettuce
- Pico de Gallo
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the salsa and taco seasoning.
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and lime juice.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the tostada shells and spread refried beans on each.
- Layer each shell with cheddar cheese, then top with the seasoned chicken and more cheese if desired.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the chicken is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and drizzle with the lime sour cream before serving.
