- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin or blend them into crumbs in a food processor.
- Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys into the crumbs.
- Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, form the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place them in paper cases.
- Chill again in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
For best results, chill the truffles thoroughly before serving to enhance their flavor and texture.
Experiment with other coatings like chopped nuts or powdered sugar for variety.
