Instructions
- Chop the potatoes into halves, quartering any extra large ones, and place them in a large bowl filled with cold water to soak for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water from the potatoes and rinse them thoroughly with fresh water.
- Dry the potatoes completely, then add to a mixing bowl with the salad dressing and Greek seasoning. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray, then add the coated potatoes. Air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
