Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 340°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, dry mustard powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is fluffy and pale yellow.
- Distribute the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions evenly into the cups of the molds or small bowls.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the fillings in the molds, ensuring they are evenly filled.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring the egg bites after 7 to 8 minutes to ensure even cooking. The bites are done when the eggs are set but continue to cook slightly after being removed from the air fryer.
- Let the egg bites rest for 5 minutes before serving.
